AICTE Saksham Scholarship- The Saksham Scholarship Scheme, supported by the central government, supports differently-abled students in pursuing higher education. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) oversees the program that targets students with special needs and provides financial assistance to help them overcome hurdles to quality education.
